What is XLT?

XLT (exalt) is an event where teens from different parishes come together to pray and worship the Lord. The night is divided into three parts: praise and worship, a dynamic speaker, and closes with adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

XLT began in Atlanta, Georgia under the leadership of Fr. Tim Hepburn, Paul George, and Randy Raus. They knew that teens needed to grow in understanding and appreciation for the Eucharist. Soon there were hundreds of teens from around the city coming together for XLT. Now there are several archdiocese and dioceses are doing XLT.
